Volunteer Positions

Track Setup (6 people per game)

This job requires you to come to the Cicero Stadium early the day of the game and help our staff measure and tape the track. You will not be carrying or setting up the floor, but you will be on your knees laying tape. Track setup starts at 1pm and it lasts for about 2 hours. Whenever we finish, you are welcome to stay for the game or come back later.

Track Teardown (12 people per game)

This job requires you to stay at Cicero Stadium after the game and help us break down the track and carry it to the storage place (30 ft from the track). You will first help remove all the tape from the track and then, with another volunteer, carry each sheet of wood to our storage corner. You can pick up your ticket and watch the game, but you will be required to provide the coordinator with your cell phone number so we can text you at the end of the game with instructions. Your shift will be about one and a half hours.

Hospitality (2 people per game)

This job requires you to simply stand by the exit doors of the stadium at the end of the game handing out flyers and saying goodbye to people as they leave. You must be outgoing, energetic and very friendly. You will be able to watch the game, but you will be required to provide the coordinator with your cell phone number so we can text you at the end of the game with instructions.

Production (2 people per game)

We have a few things that need to get done to make the Stadium look ready for our fans. You will be helping us hang sponsor banners, put up signs for the fans, reserving seats, etc. All production is done before doors open at 5pm, so we would need you to be there by 3:30pm and whenever we finish you are welcome to stay for the game or come back later.
